Endorsement Form 1 (Street
Assessments)
Form 1 is designed to insure the lender against loss or damage which it might
sustain by reason of any assessments for street improvements either under
construction or completed at the date of the policy which could gain priority
over the insured mortgage.
ALTA Endorsement Form 2
(Truth in Lending)
Form 2 is designed to insure affirmatively an insured under a loan policy
against loss or damage sustained by reason of the exercise of the right of
rescission conferred upon a mortgage borrower under the Federal Truth in
Lending Act, as implemented by Regulation Z.
ALTA Endorsement Form 3
(Zoning)
ALTA Endorsement 3 and 3.1 are designed to inform the insured under an owner's
or loan policy of the zoning classification under which the land falls and to
insure the insured against loss or damage that may be sustained by reason of
inaccuracies in the information supplied or a final judicial determination
invalidating the zoning ordinance establishing such classification and
resulting in the prohibition of such uses.
ALTA Endorsement Form 3.1
(Zoning - Completed Structure)
Endorsement 3.1 expands the coverage given in Form 3 to insure the insured
further against loss or damage that may be sustained by reason of a final
judgment requiring the removal or alteration of existing structures on the
land, on the grounds that they are in violation of the zoning restrictions
imposed on the use of the land relating to the site or floor area, set back
lines and height of the building.
ALTA Endorsement Form 4
(Condominium)
The ALTA Endorsement 4 is designed to provide special comprehensive title
protection as to matters peculiar to condominiums. This endorsement is
available to both owners and lenders, subject to review of each item of
coverage. This endorsement is not intended to insure the title of the
developer.
ALTA Endorsement Form 4.1
In several states, legislation has given super priority status to liens for
unpaid association charges. ALTA Endorsement Form 4.1 is designed for use in
those jurisdictions.
ALTA Endorsement Form 5
(Planned Unit Development)
Planned Unit Development (PUD) Endorsement Form 5 is available for use for both
owner's and loan policies in some jurisdictions. The PUD Endorsement Form 5
insures against violations of any restrictive covenants. It also insures that
the insured mortgage is prior to any homeowners associations charges. The
endorsement insures against encroachments. Furthermore, the PUD endorsement
insures that the insured's title will not fail by reason of an outstanding
right of first refusal.
ALTA Endorsement Form 5.1
(Planned Unit Development)

use in those jurisdictions.
ALTA Endorsement Form 6
(Variable Rate Mortgage)
This form offers insurance as to the validity and lien priority of mortgage
provisions providing for a variable interest rate.
ALTA Endorsement Form 6.1
(Variable Rate Mortgage - Regulations)
This form offers insurance as to the validity and lien priority of mortgage
provisions providing for a variable interest rate where such validity and
priority depend upon compliance with particular statutes or regulations

(Variable Rate Mortgage - Negative Amortization)
This form offers insurance as to the validity and lien priority of mortgage
provisions providing for both a variable interest rate and negative
amortization.
ALTA Endorsement Form 7
(Manufactured Housing Unit)
The Manufactured Housing Unit Endorsement is designed to insure a mobile home
trailer as part of the real property if it is affixed to the land. This
endorsement can also be used to insure a mortgage covering the trailer as well
as the land, if the trailer is affixed to the land.
ALTA Endorsement Form 8.1
(Environmental Protection Lien)
This form is designed to insure a lender in situations where a mortgage is made
on land used primarily for residential purposes against loss by reason of lack
of priority of the lender's lien because of environmental protection liens
recorded in those records which under state statutes impart constructive notice
of matters relating to real estate or which are filed in the records of the
clerk of the United States district court unless the lien is excepted to in
Schedule B of the policy. This form also protects against lack of priority for
any environmental lien provided for in any state statute in effect at date of
policy unless excepted in the form.
ALTA Endorsement Form 9
(Restrictions,Encroachments, Minerals)
This form gives a lender an assortment of coverages dealing with violations of
restrictions, encroachments and future exercise of a right to use the surface
of the land for the extraction of minerals. It is similar to the CLTA 100 and
the Company's Comprehensive Endorsement.

ALTA Endorsement Form 14
(Future Advance-Priority)
Provides insured ALTA lender with coverage against loss concerning priority of
insured mortgage lien insofar as same secures an additional advance and re-advance.
Provides insured lender with coverage against loss by reason of loss of priority of
the lien of the insured mortgage caused by changes in the rate of interest,
interest on interest, and increases in the unpaid principal resulting from the
addition of unpaid interest.
ALTA Endorsement Form 14.1
(Future Advance-Knowledge)
Provides insured ALTA lender with coverage against loss concerning priority of
insured mortgage lien insofar as same secures an additional advance and
re-advance where the insured has no knowledge of intervening matters. Provides
insured lender with coverage against loss by reason of loss of priority of the
lien of the insured mortgage caused by changes in the rate of interest, interest
on interest, and increases in the unpaid principal resulting from the addition of
unpaid interest.
ALTA Endorsement Form 14.2
(Future Advance-Letter of Credit)
Provides insured ALTA lender with coverage against loss concerning priority of
insured mortgage lien insofar as same secures an additional advance and re-advance
where the insured has no knowledge of intervening matters.
ALTA Endorsement Form 15
(Non-imputation-Full Equity Transfer)
Provides insured owner with insurance that, in the event of loss, policy liability
will not be denied on the basis of knowledge of any matter solely by reason of notice
thereof imputed to the insured as a matter of law.
ALTA Endorsement Form 15.1
(Non-imputation-Additional Insured)
Provides additional insured with insurance that, in the event of loss, policy
liability will not be denied on the basis of knowledge of any matter solely by
reason of notice thereof imputed to the insured as a matter of law.
ALTA Endorsement Form 15.2
(Non-imputation-Partial Equity Transfer)
For a partial equity transfer, provides insured owner with insurance that, in the
event of loss, policy liability will not be denied on the basis of knowledge of
any matter solely by reason of notice thereof imputed to the insured as a matter of law.
ALTA Endorsement Form 16
(Mezzanine Financing)
Provides mezzanine lender with insurance that, in the event of a loss, policy
liability will not be denied to the mezzanine lender on the ground that any or
all of the ownership interests (direct or indirect) in the insured have been
transferred to or acquired by the Mezzanine Lender. The endorsement also provides
non-imputation coverage.
ALTA Endorsement Form 17
(Access and Entry)
Provides insured with coverage against loss sustained in the event that a certain
described easement does not provide an identified portion of the land with both
actual vehicular and pedestrian access to and from an identified physically open
and publicly maintained street.

(Indirect Access and Entry)
Provides insured with coverage against loss sustained in the event that a certain
described easement does not provide an identified portion of the land with both actual
vehicular and pedestrian access to and from an identified physically open and publicly
maintained street.
ALTA Endorsement Form 18
(Single Tax Parcel)
Provides insured with coverage against loss sustained by reason of the land being
taxed as part of a larger parcel of land or failing to constitute a separate tax
parcel for real estate tax purposes.
ALTA Endorsement Form 18.1
(Multiple Tax Parcel)
Provides insured with coverage against loss sustained by reason of those portions
of the identified land not being assessed for real estate tax purposes under the
certain tax identification numbers or those certain tax identification numbers
including any additional property. Also provides the insured with coverage against
loss sustained by reason of the easements, if any, described in Schedule A being
cut off or disturbed by the non-payment of real estate taxes or assessments imposed
on the servient estate by a governmental authority.
ALTA Endorsement Form 19
(Contiguity-Multiple Parcels)
Provides insured with coverage against loss sustained by reason of the failure of
certain described portions of the land to be contiguous with other described portions
of the land.
ALTA Endorsement Form 19.1
(Contiguity-Single Parcel)
Provides insured with coverage against loss sustained by reason of the failure of
the land to be contiguous along a certain described boundary line.
ALTA Endorsement Form 20
(First Loss-Multiple Parcel Transactions)
Subject to provisions, in the event of a claim resulting from a matter insured against
by this policy, the Company agrees to pay that portion of the Material Impairment
Amount that does not exceed certain limits of liability without requiring the maturity
of the Indebtedness by acceleration or the pursuit by the insured of its remedies
against the Collateral or the pursuit by the insured of its remedies under any
guaranty, bond or other insurance policy.
ALTA Endorsement Form 21
(Creditors' Rights)
Provides insured with coverage against loss sustained by reason of the avoidance in
whole or in part, or a court order providing some other remedy, based on the
voidability of any estate, interest, or mortgage shown in Schedule A because of the
occurrence on or before Date of Policy of a fraudulent transfer or a preference under
federal bankruptcy, state insolvency or similar creditors' rights laws.
